FEATURE RECORDING & SONGWRITING AGREEMENT
This Feature Recording & Songwriting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Zachary Pope, professionally known as “Zacc P” (“Artist”), and the purchasing party (“Client”).
1. Services
Artist agrees to provide a recorded vocal feature consisting of a hook and/or verse for Client’s musical composition. All vocals will be delivered as professionally recorded, release-ready WAV stems.
2. Fees
Client agrees to pay Artist a non-refundable upfront fee of $250 USD. Payment is due in full prior
to recording and does not constitute a buyout of Artist’s royalty interests.
3. Turnaround Time
Artist shall deliver vocals within 5–7 business days from receipt of payment and all required
materials.
4. Revisions
One (1) reasonable revision is included, limited to performance or delivery adjustments. Additional revisions may incur an additional fee.
5. Songwriting & Publishing Splits
If Artist contributes original lyrics and/or melody, the following splits apply:
Hook contribution: Artist shall receive twenty-five percent (25%) writer’s share.

Splits apply only to portions written by Artist and must be reflected on the official split sheet.

7. Royalties & Registration
Artist retains all songwriter and publisher rights connected to their contribution. Client agrees to properly register the composition with the following information:

Verse contribution: Artist shall receive fifteen percent (15%) writer’s share.

8. Exclusivity
This feature is provided on a non-exclusive basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Rights & Usage
This Agreement is not a work-for-hire. Client is granted the right to commercially release the recording. Any synchronization licensing, sublicensing, or third-party commercial use requires Artist’s prior written consent.
10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and may be executed electronically.
